Laguna Beach California is a prime destination for visitors from around the world. With seven miles of picturesque Pacific coastline, you'll find beachgoers of all ages enjoying all the great activities there is to offer in Laguna.

Skimboarding and surfing are very popular here. You'll find some of the best waves in southern California along the coves of Laguna Beach's coastline.

Exploring the tide pools in Laguna is pretty cool. All of the tide pools inside the city limits are within a State Marine Conservation Area. This means that nothing is allowed to leave these areas, including shells, rocks, sand, game fish and dead or alive invertebrates.

The beaches for Tide Pooling are: RockPile, Picnic Beach, Treasure Island, Crescent Bay, Moss Point and Shaw's Cove.

You'll see the bluffs above the sandy coves lined with quaint cottages, mansions and some spectacular hotels and resorts. Tourists love Laguna Beach hotels because they can walk right from the hotels to the beaches, the shops, the restaurants and the art galleries.

Of all the Orange County beaches, Laguna Beach offers the most hotel rooms directly on the beach. It would be pretty tough to find a more luxurious resort destination than Laguna Beach California. I love it!
